Hafedh Al-Shami

Trilogy Energy Corp. Calgary AB

Hafedh is a Business Analyst with Trilogy Energy. He has been working with Maximo for three years, gathering, analyzing and mapping requirements as well as configuring and testing Maximo and training users. Hafedh has been extensively involved in projects with several business units utilizing most of Maximo's modules. Hafedh holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Calgary. Hafedh has been part of the CanMUG since 2012.

Tamizan Alibhai

Trilogy Energy Corp. Calgary AB

Tamizan is a Systems Coordinator with Trilogy Energy where she has implemented Maximo from the ground up to help the organization make strides towards operational excellence. She has over 10 years of experience delivering Maximo solutions to the Oil & Gas Industry including project management, business analysis, upgrades, integrations and custom applications. Tamizan holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary and has been an active member of the CanMUG steering committee since 2009.

Carol Beattie

Enbridge Gas Storage, Mooretown, ON

Carol is the Storage Technical Advisor at the Enbridge Gas Storage facility in Mooretown , ON . She has been using and configuring instances of MAXIMO for almost 20 years and has both Technical and Functional knowledge of the software. Carol persistently promotes ``MAXIMO Can Do that ``. She believes in delivering Maximo solutions which include business analysis and reporting as well as ensuring the sustainment model is met with all of its stakeholders. Carol is a Mechanical Technician graduate from Lambton College. She has continued her studies in Project Management, Database management and Leadership certification. Carol has been a CANMUG Steering Committee Member since 2012.

Janelle Campo

Progress Energy, Calgary AB

Janelle is an IS Operations Analyst in the Information Communications Technology Department at Progress Energy. She has been working with Maximo for a year and a half, acting as the primary contact for Maximo end users across the company. She is currently involved in a company-wide Maximo implementation project, assisting the project team as required, managing all sustainment requests to optimize the existing applications, and working with stakeholders to identify, investigate and resolve data integrity issues. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology, and certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Professional Management.

Johanna Harvey

Cenovus Energy, Calgary AB

Johanna is a Sr. IT Business Analyst at Cenovus Energy. She has been working with Maximo since 1999 in a functional capacity. Since joining Cenovus in 2011, she first worked as the functional lead for Operations Procurement and Inventory during the Maximo Implementation in 2012. After going live with Maximo, her role was in providing Maximo system, and business process support to Supply Chain Management end users. Most recently she was also involved in providing Supply Chain Management expertise to IT Maximo Projects. Johanna is a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP), holds a degree in Business Management and is a IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6 Functional Analyst. She has been on the CanMUG steering committee since 2011.

Andrea Loveday

British Columbia Ferry Services Inc. Victoria, BC

Andrea is currently the Manager of Maintenance Management at BC Ferries providing leadership in maintenance management and associated business & inventory processes for vessels and terminals. She has been with the company since 1990 she has held the positions of Regional Manager, Terminal Maintenance and Business Analyst (CMMS). She spent 20 years working with the Terminal Maintenance division using Maximo v4.1 and participated in the upgrade and implementation of Maximo v7.1 in 2009. Using an Oracle Financials – Maximo integrated environment, Andrea provides technical and functional support to the company with over 2000 licensed users. She is an IBM Certified Deployment Professional and Certified Associate (Maximo Asset Management v7.1) and has been an active member of the CanMUG steering committee since 2010.

Bonnie Morrone

Plains Midstream Canada, Calgary AB

Bonnie is currently a Maximo Analyst in the Operations Maintenance Management Department at Plains Midstream Canada. She has been working with Maximo since 2010 in a functional role and is currently supporting over 600 users across North America in the Asset, Purchasing, PM, Inventory, MOC, Action Tracking, JPs and WO modules. She has been involved on several projects working on interfacing Maximo 7.5 to Plains’ Financial Systems AX 2009, 2012 as well as converting a legacy maintenance management system (DPSI) to Maximo 7.5. Bonnie has a Diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology from SAIT and is a new member of the CanMUG steering committee.

Kris Nordal B.Sc. P Eng. MCSE PMP

North West Redwater Partnership

Kris has been active in the Oil and Gas industry for 26 years with a focus in automation and industrial controls. Over the years he has been involved with both the engineering and on the software side of the business. He has been part of implementing ETRMs, SAP, Oracle, JDE and SCADA systems. Recently he directed the build out of all the applications for North West Redwater (NWR) Partnership. This represented the build out of 29 million dollars of applications that took NWR from a green field organization to a fully functional organization. The most notable success of the suite of applications created for NWR was Maximo.

Steve Norris

Cenovus Energy. Calgary, AB

Steve is a Work Management Specialist with Cenovus Energy. He has been working with Maximo since 1999 as a planner, super user and currently as a Work Management functional support representative. Joining Cenovus as part of the E1 Maximo Ver. 7.5 implementation in 2012, Steve was responsible for Work Management applications testing and user training prior to go live. Currently he is responsible for business process development and improvement cycles, as well as functional Maximo support to the Cenovus Work Management community. Steve is a Journeyman Interprovincial Millwright, Maintenance Management Professional (MMP), and a IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6 Functional Analyst.

Paul Pinheiro

Canadian Tire Corporation, Brampton, ON

Paul is the Facilities Engineering Manager at Canadian Tire -Supply Chain responsible for Capital Planning, Asset Management, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Standards and Vendor Relationship Management. He manages the capital assets for all of the Canadian Tire Distribution Centers, and is committed to bringing industry best practices to asset management and integrated workflow processes. He believes that Maximo has proven to be a very strong CMMS tool and would like to leverage its functionality to the extent possible for the organization.

Paul is a Mechanical Engineer, P.Eng., Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Professional Logistician (P.Log). He joined the CanMUG in 2017.

Jennifer Schoutsen

Town of Aurora

Jennifer is a GIS Analyst in the Infrastructure and Environmental Services Department at the Town of Aurora. She was the Project Manager for the selection and implementation of Maximo v7.5 and will be leading the upcoming Maximo v7.6 upgrade. A Maximo user since 2013, she continues to be the functional and technical lead for Maximo enhancements and support issues at the Town. She has been an active member of the CanMUG steering committee since 2014.

Devesh Shah

City of Ottawa

Devesh Shah is currently serving as Program Manager of Asset / Maintenance Management with Public Works and Environmental Services Department of City of Ottawa. He is a licensed Professional Engineer(Ontario), MBA and certified in asset management from the Asset Management Institute. Devesh has over 25 years of international experience in municipal asset management, CMMS/maintenance management, large size complex project and program management and implementation of fully integrated enterprise asset management system - Maximo in integrations with corporate ERP system SAP, 311 Call Center, ESRI GIS and Mobile work management. Devesh has been actively involved with a number of professional bodies and presented papers at national and international conferences including IBM Pulse, Canadian Network of Asset Managers, Municipal Information Systems Association, Canadian Maximo User Group, Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada (PEMAC) and American Water Works Association. Devesh is founder and President of Ottawa Chapter of PEMAC.

Scott W. Smith

Toronto/Pearson International Airport

Scott is the Associate Director, Maintenance Systems at Toronto/Pearson International Airport and has been with the company for over 33 years. Scott and his team have recently been working on the implementation of Maximo 7.6(Tr), replacing the current home grown system that has been in place for over 40 years. Scott joined the CanMUG steering committee in 2015.

Craig is an IBM Maximo Certified Deployment Professional with over 15 years of Maximo implementation experience. Craig’s focus is primarily on the project management, best practice consulting and solution architecture for medium and large Maximo solutions in North America, Europe and Asia. Craig has delivered Maximo solutions to the Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Transportation, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Government and Healthcare industries. Craig has been an active member/facilitator for the CanMUG since 2002.
