Johanna Harvey

Cenovus Energy, Calgary AB

Johanna is a Sr. IT Business Analyst at Cenovus Energy. She has been working with Maximo since 1999 in a functional capacity. Since joining Cenovus in 2011, she first worked as the functional lead for Operations Procurement and Inventory during the Maximo Implementation in 2012. After going live with Maximo, her role was in providing Maximo system, and business process support to Supply Chain Management end users. Most recently she was also involved in providing Supply Chain Management expertise to IT Maximo Projects. Johanna is a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP), holds a degree in Business Management and is a IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6 Functional Analyst. She has been on the CanMUG steering committee since 2011.

Tamizan Alibhai

TAQA, Calgary AB

Tamizan is a Senior EAM Solution Architect at TAQA North. She has over 10 years of experience delivering Maximo solutions to the Oil & Gas Industry including project management, business analysis, upgrades, integrations and custom applications. Tamizan holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary and has been an active member of the CanMUG steering committee since 2009.

Carol Beattie

Enbridge Gas Storage, Mooretown, ON

Carol is the Storage Technical Advisor at the Enbridge Gas Storage facility in Mooretown , ON . She has been using and configuring instances of MAXIMO for almost 20 years and has both Technical and Functional knowledge of the software. Carol persistently promotes ``MAXIMO Can Do that ``. She believes in delivering Maximo solutions which include business analysis and reporting as well as ensuring the sustainment model is met with all of its stakeholders. Carol is a Mechanical Technician graduate from Lambton College. She has continued her studies in Project Management, Database management and Leadership certification. Carol has been a CANMUG Steering Committee Member since 2012.

Janelle Campo

Progress Energy, Calgary AB

Janelle is an IS Operations Analyst in the Information Communications Technology Department at Progress Energy. She has been working with Maximo for a year and a half, acting as the primary contact for Maximo end users across the company. She is currently involved in a company-wide Maximo implementation project, assisting the project team as required, managing all sustainment requests to optimize the existing applications, and working with stakeholders to identify, investigate and resolve data integrity issues. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology, and certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Professional Management.

Jennifer Schoutsen

Town of Aurora

Jennifer is a GIS Analyst in the Infrastructure and Environmental Services Department at the Town of Aurora. She was the Project Manager for the selection and implementation of Maximo v7.5 and will be leading the upcoming Maximo v7.6 upgrade. A Maximo user since 2013, she continues to be the functional and technical lead for Maximo enhancements and support issues at the Town. She has been an active member of the CanMUG steering committee since 2014.

Andrea Loveday

British Columbia Ferry Services Inc. Victoria, BC

Andrea is currently the Manager of Maintenance Management at BC Ferries providing leadership in maintenance management and associated business & inventory processes for vessels and terminals. She has been with the company since 1990 she has held the positions of Regional Manager, Terminal Maintenance and Business Analyst (CMMS). She spent 20 years working with the Terminal Maintenance division using Maximo v4.1 and participated in the upgrade and implementation of Maximo v7.1 in 2009. Using an Oracle Financials – Maximo integrated environment, Andrea provides technical and functional support to the company with over 2000 licensed users. She is an IBM Certified Deployment Professional and Certified Associate (Maximo Asset Management v7.1) and has been an active member of the CanMUG steering committee since 2010.

Greg Mossman

Honda Manufacturing, Alliston, Ontario

Greg is currently working at Honda of Canada Mfg. in the Technical Planning Dept. of the Corporate Planning Division. Over his 31 years with Honda he has spent the majority of his time in the Maintenance area either as a licensed Industrial Electrician, Reliability Engineer or Maintenance Planner. Planning became a key focus area for Greg around 2004 when he transitioned from a Reliability role to a full time Maintenance Planning role. Greg has been working with Maximo since 1999 and shortly after moving into a Planning role he became the site functional lead for the software. Over the next 10 years he introduced many of the core systems being employed by much of Honda in Canada as well as some Honda sites across North America. He was part of a large scale Maximo Redeployment project which involved the merging of all North American and Mexico Sites into one instance of Maximo. Part of this project was to develop a set of standards that govern how Maximo is used across the region. After the redeployment Greg has moved into a Maintenance Planning mentorship role where he works with other Maintenance Planners to help improve work execution efficiency.

Janet Gatrell

Canadian Natural Resources Limited. Calgary, AB

Janet is currently a Maximo Business & Application Specialist with the Continuous Improvement department at CNRL focusing on Supply Management (SM). She has been working with Maximo since 2014. Janets’ role during the Horizon Oilsands implementation in 2014, as well as during the conversion of Shell’s Albian Oilsands project in 2017 was that of senior Supply Management representative/SME and Business Analyst. Janet currently implements sustainment projects for Supply Management and Warehouse clients across the Thermal and Oilsands departments. Sustainment work includes the support and troubleshooting of production issues/concerns from Work Order material items through Procurement, Receiving and Work Order costs, moreover, stewarding new initiatives and business process/application improvements within these arenas. Janet bridges the gap between business processes and technology; ensuring her customers’ requirements are met within Maximo. Janet has MRU Continuing Education certificates in Project Management and Business Analysis along with a Degree in Education with a Major in Business.

Craig is an IBM Maximo Certified Deployment Professional with over 15 years of Maximo implementation experience. Craig’s focus is primarily on the project management, best practice consulting and solution architecture for medium and large Maximo solutions in North America, Europe and Asia. Craig has delivered Maximo solutions to the Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Transportation, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Government and Healthcare industries. Craig has been an active member/facilitator for the CanMUG since 2002.
